Commitment to Animal Welfare and Quality Products
Our animals mean everything to us. With any decision that we make, animal welfare is at the forefront of our minds. These are just a few of the things we do that ensure our cattle are happy, healthy, and stress free.
- Open pastures and plenty of space for roaming and grazing.
- Offer diverse forages, that meet our cattle’s nutritional needs.
- No growth hormones or antibiotics used- ever.
- Follow Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) Guidelines to ensure we handle our cattle in the gentlest manner possible, reducing stress.
- “Gentle Weaning,” meaning our calves are weaned from their mothers in the same pasture. They are simply separated by a fence that prevents the calf being able to nurse. This has been shown to reduce stress in the cow and the calf during weaning.
Clothing and Outdoor Goods
Similar to our commitment to our animals, we are committed to designing and creating quality clothing and outdoor goods. We test all our products on the ranch. From fixing barbed wire fence, to sowing fields of wheat, to enjoying a dove hunt on a September evening, we’ve got you covered.
